As the owner of UpStage Events, Della’s relentless drive and initiative have made her a force in event production, where efficiency and excellence go hand in hand.

UpStage Events specializes in a variety of services, including event production, corporate event planning, project leadership, and VIP coordination. Della excels in orchestrating conferences, trade shows, special events, and business seminars, as well as handling non-profit events and executive-level corporate coordination. Her expertise extends to volunteer recruitment and team hiring, ensuring that every event, no matter the scale, is executed with precision and professionalism.

Della lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and has a deep love for the Pacific Northwest. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on her boat with her husband Terry, water skiing, embracing the outdoors, and spending time with family.
